She has her earlobes pierced three times on each side. Always tries to make herself taller by wearing high heels (usually two-to-three inch tall heels) unless she's flying. Her hands are somewhat rough, and she wears gloves to hide that.

Background.
Born into the servant class on her home planet, Thalia, then known as Lily spent her first seven years as a play maid to the royal princess of Biscione, who was about six months older than Lily. She was training to be a lady's maid and companion to the princess and received much of the same schooling and lessons that the princess did; she learned to read and write, which was rare for people of her class.
When they were seven, the planet was invaded, and the royal family was killed. The attackers found Thalia, assumed she was the royal princess, and rather than killing her, brought her to the warlord responsible for the attack, Voss Umbra of the nearby planet Aureate. Voss, in all their good sense, figured it would be good to have a hostage from the planet, and Thalia was allowed to live under the name of her friend and princess, Cristina.
She lived with Voss for thirteen years, mostly unharmed, although constantly reminded of the tenuous nature of her existence (in multiple ways). She received what Voss considered a proper education, as Voss wanted to make a show of having a princess in their care, and training in space flight and ship maintenance, proving to be an amazing hand at flying, with a keen sense of navigation. She was quiet, which earned her the call sign "Whisper," but talented, and Voss' generals wanted her in the navigation seat, if Voss allowed it. She never got involved with the various battles and wars Voss fought, although she was aware of them.
Eventually, Voss got in over their head, lost a war against a space pirate, and was summarily executed. In the chaos, Thalia stole one of Voss' ships and escaped, heading deeper into her solar system to find a bigger planet she could get lost on. She adopted the name Thalia Amano, and started a job as a courier, moving items from one place to another, never staying still, hoping her past wouldn't catch up to her.
Personality.
+ Smart, adaptable, friendly, thoughtful, lively, cheerful. Always has a smile on her face, and it's usually genuine. Kind.
+/- Stubborn, talkative, soft. She can be hardheaded once she gets an idea and usually doesn't let go until she gets what she wants, which is how she learned to navigate ships. And despite everything, she's a softie at heart, crying easily and touched by sad stories.
- Anxious, impatient, secretive. There are reasons for these, but even without the reasons, she's not the sort to share her problems or internal thoughts.
Other Details.
She is not attached to any of her names beyond "Whisper" (her call sign) and is not afraid to adopt new ones as needed. She mostly doesn't want anyone to find out her real name. She's got a stash of different ID cards and travel documents with other names that she can use, if needed, though she doesn't want to.
